Festive Christmas Lunch, the food was Superb, 9/10 Staff rated it the Best Christmas lunch they'd ever had, Starter, Main & Dessert, so much so, we requested the chef came from the kitchen to be personally praised and thanked for his outstanding cooking. Service, was welcoming, enthusiastic and extremely attentive. Nothing was too much and they even put Christmas music on at our request :- Excellent. A Very Well Done, to the Team at The inn at west end, keep up the Outstanding work.
Eaten here a few times before and loved it. Came back for Boxing Day dinner + overnight stay and the food and service just gets better and better. The rooms are well above normal pub standard, more like a boutique hotel! The staff here are consistently warm and welcoming, whether you're here for dinner or breakfast - attentive without being too in your face. A real gem of a pub and will defo stay over again. 5 stars well deserved Rooms: Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable and nice shower/toiletries.
Nice pub with good food. Good selection of dishes. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food was well cooked and presented. I had a chicken burger and it was very tasty. RecommendedService: 4/5
Don’t often leave 1 star reviews but unfortunately our Sunday roast was very poor quality. The staff also forget to serve our side vedge with our meal which we had to ask for. This arrived as we had nearly finished our main course and again was of poor quality. Need to up your game guys or you’re going to lose customers!
Well furnished, comfortable rooms which are very quiet and you don't need to be a plumber to work the shower ! Lots of choice for breakfast which was plentiful, well cooked and presented. We will definitely stay again.
Had a meal with a group here on Sunday evening. Was extremely pleased with all aspects of the meal. The food was very good, the service was exceptional and the venue was very nice. Really impressed, can recommend.
