Excellent service from Dawn and the team, always professional and really friendly. So helpful from initial contact through to securing mortgage and after sales care. Always available on phone or by email at short notice and extremely helpful with explanations of the ins and outs and bits that us normal people don't understand. I was passed on to IMP from 2 friends, and have already passed on Dawns contact details to friends/family. Could not fault this service and comes highly highly recommended from me. Great work guys and thanks again!

First class service from Dawn. From first initial mortgage set up to recent remortgage I cannot recommend Dawn enough, always happy to help. She went above and beyond to get me a better mortgage rate. Would definitely recommend Dawn and IMP to friends and family. Thanks very much Dawn

Dawn was simply incredible. She made the whole process for us, first-time buyers, actually enjoyable. She was and continues to take a personal interest in our purchase and we knew from the first meeting we were in a safe pair of hands. Dawn went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us secure our first home and we are so incredibly grateful.

An excellent service from Rita & Dawn! We hit quite a few bumps in the road but nothing was too much of a challenge for them! Great communication throughout and exceptionally efficient. Would highly recommend.
