Excellent service from Dawn and the team, always professional and really friendly. So helpful from initial contact through to securing mortgage and after sales care. Always available on phone or by email at short notice and extremely helpful with explanations of the ins and outs and bits that us normal people don't understand. I was passed on to IMP from 2 friends, and have already passed on Dawns contact details to friends/family. Could not fault this service and comes highly highly recommended from me. I called and spoke to Dawn this afternoon enquiring about pension advice. She told me that they dont deal with that field of financial information but spent a good 10 minutes giving me details of someone who does!! Absolutely lovely person, and obviously very genuine. Would highly recommend !
