Great food, Very clean and tidy bar and restaurant. friendly staff. Gentleman on the door explaining the procedures on ordering and taking our post code and mobile number for track and trace. Great price as we had 50% off our bill Happy days!!

Great city pub, took the restrictions very seriously. Cleaned table before seating. Table service through the app which was quick. Can't complain. Was a mid-day visit, so can't comment on evening service.

We were passing through Hereford this morning and called in here for a coffee. The Covid prevention procedures were outstanding, everything explained in detail before we came in. We felt incredibly safe and as such wouldn't hesitate to return. A pleasure to see in these difficult times, well done.

Nice meal at very reasonable price - right in the centre of Hereford. Food is really nice, I had the fish and chips, wow, what a great portion size. Great pub in the centre of town. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere! Sharing platter is amazing and so are the desserts!

On arrival you get met by a very officious guard. Not friendly at all. However, once seated the staff are lovely. But I won't be going back!

Lovely meal, lovely people and great value. Very quick service with our drinks and food and strict adherence to covid regulations. Highly recommended.

I have visited imperial inn a few times this year and have had good service every time the food is good and would recommend going there
