Just popped in with the kids for dinner. My daughter had a kids meal and my son and I had Cowboy Burgers. None of us feel like moving anywhere now. Very good, and very filling. Lovely.

Waited one half hours for the meal. It was returned 3 times and each time was told that they were doing a fresh one The meat was the same meat as on the original plate. Tables were full of crockery Service was terrible. Got offered a free drink as compensation. As I was drinking soda water that was free anyway it wasn't a suitable offer Won't be going back.

Food was nice when it arrived but took well over an hour from ordering to arriving and we had to leave most of it to get back to work despite saying when we arrived and ordered we had to be out within a certain time and being told there wasn't a wait on food. Ordered at 1.10pm food arrived after asking three times at 2.25pm. Left at 2.40pm. Waited at bar 5 minutes to try to complain but no staff in sight. Had to leave without speaking to. Anyone. Very disappointed. Place was empty as well so it's not because they were understaffed 😔

We waited half an hour to order and then it took an hour. When our dish had finally come, it did not look appealinh and not like it had taken an hour to make. I think the desert choices could be better.

Food was reasonable quality and hot and we went there on 2 nights. The first night was all good and food came out within 20 mins but the second night (Sat 21st Apr) was awful. Nearly every table was full of used plates etc and no attempt was made to clean them up during our time there. Apparently they were very short staffed but that's no excuse for not having a clean up. 2 out of our 3 meals were bought out and then the missing one eventually turned up 5 mins later but we noticed that the side portion of fries was missing so that took another 5 mins to arrive. Shame really because the food is actually quite good ... once it arrives !
