I was dreading a stay here following the reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. My room had a terrace and it was clean. Could do with some furniture on terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is no onsite parking.
Friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms.
I stayed here for one night whilst away for work. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and I even got upgraded to room 30 which is huge. I would highly recommend staying here.
Rooms are dirty bathroom mirror dirty with water and toothpaste......shower has no power....needs a little TLC
Stayed here and still in the hotel at the moment. It’s not a 5 start hotel but for the price is okay. The staff are brilliant very friendly. I even asked to extend our checkout and they didn’t even charge extra. Would come back again if I’m in the area again
Neat, central, nice and helpful staff. The toilets seemed to have been recently updated but the other interior is bit old fashioned, and price is a little on the high side. But overall, an above average experience.
Reasonable hotel with basic decor. Location is the main positive for this hotel. Shower was poor, no fridge. Recommended only as a last option. The Cambridge Hotel is better by far.
