Food was great, staff were really attentive and friendly. My only criticism and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is that drinks are quite pricy. If you like a couple of drinks with your meal be prepared to pay £4.50 for a pint of Cobra. We will be returning for more great food.
Excellent Indian Cusine. I regularly come to the area on business but have never eaten here before, Tamanna's is a really good find. I had a chilli garlic lamb dish with a naan and a fish pokora starter, which were both absolutely fantastic. The curry was a perfect heat asked how hot at order and loads of garlic. The fish was juicy and well cooked in a crisp & light breadcrumb batter. Portion size is just right, maybe just on the too much side, which is the best side for a diner! £22 with the obligatory pint of lager, so not too pricey either. Staff were attentive but not annoying and pushy. Would definitely recommend and I will certainly be returning.
Always impressed with the quality and variety of the food and the service. Been coming here for years and never faulted it. Eating in is a little more pricey than most local indian restaurants, but it is reflected in the food. Just gorgeous!
Good food - special curry a personal favourite and well worth a try. Staff are always friendly and helpful making an effort to make you feel welcome.
