What a lovely place to visit I've been back twice, and I'll be back
We had a lovely 2 night stay with our family last weekend. The Horseshoe Suite and Garden Rooms were of a very high standard. The meal we had was one of the best we have ever had and the breakfasts were really lovely. Great location with lots of walks and only a short drive to lots of other places. We'll definitely be back!
Very comfy and welcoming place to stay. Very safe and clean. Even the key was handed to me in a sanitised sealed bag. We were all handed our own sanitizing spray for our own personal use. Would be very happy to return.
This lovely pub/restaurant is at the top of my list. If I could give ten stars I would. Charlie and all the staff make every visit a pleasure. Excellent food and service . Dog friendly.
Fantastic meal and great service. Felt like a lovely quaint town although do not worry tourists are very welcome, the pie was excellent as was the sticky toffe pudding.
Stopped in the village at the start of a walk and dropped into the pub at the end of it. Very good beer, we didn't have any food but menu looked appetising. Service was good and pub was very cosy, nice fire. They have rooms too.
