We used this company for a hassle free day to London. The office staff were all so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our coach was punctual, clean, and air conditioned on a hot day. The driver Kieron was super friendly and gave us a smooth journey there and home again.  Would recommend.

We’ve just returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris. I’ve given 5*s because the actual trip was amazing, great value for money, the owner Mark and coach driver Paul were amazing, and the journey was flawless. In addition, Jack/Mark/Paul facilitated a pick-up point for me as the Isle of Wight doesn’t have a 24 hour taxi service so this was very much appreciated. Thank you guys! My only criticism was when initially booking of the trip, I wasn’t informed about the Disney meal plans. Had I known, then we could’ve booked the restaurants early being vegetarian there were only steak restaurants left with availability. I was also promised several times that staff would get back to me on pick up point but never did. However this was rectified in the end.

Just had a fab day out in Brighton with my son. The driver, Kieran and assistant,  Beth were lovely, the coach was clean and the journey was smooth and hassle free. We will definitely use the holiday shop again

Had just over 3 hrs in Bath when originally 5. Driver got lost & was driving round in circles. Waste of time as Market not much good & was too packed. Would have been better off going to the indoor Market & the stalls near there.Wouldnt go back again. Will visit Bath only.

We were informed to be at the pick up point at 6:15 to be picked up at 6:30. Us and all the other customers were left waiting for 45 minutes in the cold, we missed the 8am ferry because of this and instead took the 9am, we arrived at winter wonderland at 12pm which gave us only 4 hours in london, this is no time at all. We were picked up at 4:15 and it is now 20:45 and we are still on the coach, not home yet. Next time I think the train will be more useful

Excellent hassle free trip from start to finish. Would highly recomend

Been on numerous trips with the holiday shop including one to disney land Paris. Each trip was well organised and fun. Will be using them again soon!
