Since our twin grandsons were born 9 years ago, we have stayed each year with North Wales HOliday Cottages and it saddens me to see such a damning review of the organisation.  I am sorry if this reviewer had such a bad time but this is not our experience.  We have had no hesitation to return each year and are hoping to do so in 2017.  If there have been any problems, they have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently and over the years, we've got to know the staff there who are very pleasant and helpful.

Avoid like the plague, cant conduct business properly and are a cowboy outfit. Work as agents to landlords and say one thing to a customer and another to the landlord. Liars...underhanded. not Professional. Sharon is nice, David is a wanna be wide boy have written to the Griffiths family who apparently been in business 50 years but have no credibilty via comonaies house so i wouldnt give their company credit as their filings are below average. Anyhoo used GREAT ESCAPE WALES and were professional to my client and before payments and deposits were given a full outline of service to be expected from their agency was given. These guys missed out on £4k in 3months rental income.

We had a great time and will be going back again this year. The whole process from booking to collecting the cottage key's made for a great holiday.

We have been using NWHC for the best part of twenty years and have always been delighted with the helpful, businesslike service we have received.  The cottage descriptions are accurate and if you have any questions they are always happy to help.  They don't bluff either and if they are not sure of an answer which is rare they will be honest and try to find out for you.  They are helpful if you have a mishap (such as locking the keys inside the cottage) and don't make a song and dance about trying to help you out.  I book with NWHC secure in the knowledge that I will get what I think I will get and should something go wrong they will quickly sort it out.  The cottages and flats are lovely and there is a completely diverse range going from extremely remote to town centre.  The information given is completely accurate regarding facilities, parking etc and the prices are clear and easy to understand.  You can trust NWHC so if you fancy a week or two or even a few days in this beautiful friendly area check out their website or send for a brochure and you will be spoilt for choice.  Enjoy and relax.
