I’ve lived in Richmond for years and visited countless gyms around the area, but nothing quite compares to Hogarth Health Club! A friend of mine recommended it, and after visiting with the amazing Jo, I knew instantly that this was the place for me. The gym is spotless, never too crowded, and fully equipped with everything I need. They also have a fantastic spa area with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, a perfect way to unwind after a workout! The pool is spacious, ideal for a relaxing swim, and it’s easy to book in advance. My boyfriend and I have both fallen in love with the fitness classes too. I’m particularly obsessed with the yoga sessions, they’re some of the best I’ve attended. Signing up for a membership at Hogarth is easily the best decision I’ve made. The atmosphere is welcoming, the members are all lovely, and the standard is high. Plus, there’s even outdoor tennis courts! I would recommend this club to anyone looking for a local, friendly, yet exclusive place to train and relax.
If you're looking for a gym where the atmosphere is free from ego, where genuine friendships are formed, and where the highly educated staff are dedicated to coaching and mentoring you rather than just pushing you harder, then this is the place for you. You won’t find a more rewarding environment to grow and improve. I've been a member of this gym for two years, and it’s truly an exceptional facility. The coaches are incredible—not only are they experts in training techniques, but they also provide guidance on everything from diet and nutrition to optimizing sleep patterns that is important for me as the nature of my job involves a lot of traveling. They’ve cultivated a welcoming, family-like atmosphere where individuals of all skill levels can work out together without feeling intimidated.
A truly wonderful place. Hogarth is unlike any other gym. It feels like a second home. I work , eat , exercise, socialise and swim here all week and all year long. I am so so so glad to have found it.
The Hogarth boasts an incredibly homely and good-natured environment to forward your fitness goals. Fantastic atmosphere, smiling, kind faces, supportive staff, good equipment. The classes are great and the pool is great to zone out at. Can't wait to see the inside of the HIIT room!
The Hogarth is a wonderful club, and the ideal venue for any party or event you want to celebrate. The location, tucked away in a side street, right in the heart of Chiswick, is perfect. The facilities are all you could wish for, and the staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. A real treasure for Chiswick residents!

Best squash court in Chiswick! My friend and I play regularly, and the court at the Hogarth is the best in the area. Not to mention, the club facilities are excellent with an amazing outdoor gym and Jo and all the staff made us feel welcome.

I wrote a 2 star review in Feb that the gym & reception/bat staff were unfriendly, but since February they have really improved. There are still a lot of the gym staff who are pretty unfriendly and just hang out hiding behind the phones but I sense that there is a shift for them to improve. Thanks Terry and Milo for always being friendly faces.
I've really benefited from the gym and the sunny cafe over the year. I had a daytime membership I was attracted to the relaxed friendly vibe. I enjoyed hanging out after a swim or workout over longer late breakfasts/brunches. I only had friendly encounters with staff and other members. I loved using the pool particularly and the option of the sauna/steam room was a real plus. The pool is quite small so couldn't always book the slot I wanted but hey can't have everything. Otherwise I used the machines and a few free weights. . Clean and comfortable changing rooms with spacious lockers lovely showers, towels and body lotion! I normally cycled there plenty of bike bays but sometimes did take advantage of the car parking too. I'm moving out of London otherwise I'd still be a member. I would heartily recommend The Hogarth.
