Great gym, bonus with swimming pool! New to the area and got a great tour from Connor who was very helpful. Signed up to personal training sessions with Hector Hagger Fitness who is absolutely excellent, really motivating, knows his stuff. Would highly recommend! Facilities are great, well maintained and very clean. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Good selection of classes.

Popped in for a day pass while visiting town. The man at the counter was really helpful and friendly, and the facilities were great. New machines and a well equipped sauna / steam room area. My personal favourite was the “Cool-down” above-head air blower in the Male change room!

The gym area is not very big and as a result it gets a bit crowded especially during peak hours, making hard to get access to all the equipment. Other than that, everything is very well maintained and clean. The staff is helpful. The swimming pool is very nice and warm. It's not very big but good enough to do laps and doesn't get very crowded. Steam room and sauna are great as well.

The gym is absolutely outstanding and clean. So many classes to chose from and the spin class with Coach MC is the best, she is very professional and explains the exercise throughout the class. I find her very engaging, enthusiastic, energetic and welcoming everyone. Can't recommend this gym enough :

Great classes and instructors, gym is cosy and has all necessary equipment. Changing rooms clean and spacious. Swimming pool is not overcrowded. One of the downsides is a small sauna which is shared by male and female.

Clean gym with great facilities. Love the sauna, steam room and pool. They also provide free towels. Super friendly staff too - thanks Conor for always being helpful and positive.

Good gym, great facilities with everything you could ever need. Unfortunately, recently they have had issues with their towel supplier and have been unable to provide a towel service. Additionally their price is overly expensive in London, at nearly £100 for a membership.

I have been member for a year. I showed up to the Yoga class on Saturday morning 5 minutes late, the teacher didn’t even open the door and turned me down saying there was no space available despite my booking. On top of that I received an email saying that I didn’t showed up to the class and I might be subject to internal misuse policy. I understand you have policies in place but we are supposed to come to the gym to enjoy ourselves and you should be a bit more flexible also considering the price you are asking to pay for the membership! Going to the gym shouldn’t be a stressful experience. Even at work there is more flexibility. When I asked to talk to the manager I have been told she/he was too busy. I think your main problem is that there are not enough classes , in fact they are all overbooked a week in advance with long waiting lists. Also the cleaning standards should be a bit higher. Very disappointed and looking for a new gym.

Very very disappointed with the service i have received so far. Classes are continually cancelled with no excuse. Last time it was cancelled i was told 'you were the only person booked, so the instructor assumed you would not want to attend' - this is disgraceful. It is an expensive membership. My friend has had 5 classes cancelled in a row. I sent an email a few weeks ago and I have not had a response yet. Would not recommend joining this gym.
