Went to see Kirk Brandon, was the first time I had been to this venue. We were in a small room which suited the concert, as it was a more personal event, rather than a full blown blow you head off night out. A good small bar where you could actually get a mug of tea or coffee, which is great if you are the driver. Also the toilets were nice and clean, always a good indicator.

The Hive is a community building of arts based in the centre of Shrewsbury. Their main purpose is aimed at youths who are into arts. The Hive has a small cinema/hall for other community groups within Shrewsbury. Also have a small café with light snacks.

Brilliant Jazz & Folk venue with amazing performers, & the people who work there are really friendly & helpful.
