The perfect venue for our afternoon tea for the bride to be! We hired a private room to have a nice space to ourselves without having to worry about being too loud either. The room happened to be dressed perfectly for our bridgerton theme and the table setting was stunning. The afternoon tea was delicious with a perfect mix of sweet and savoury and plenty of tea and coffee!, especially the heart shaped victoria sponge - so yummy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and despite their concerns of forgetting about us, they were very attentive and ensured things ran smoothly. From booking to the day of, everything was very well organised and I felt I was in capable hands. I definitely recommend the Highworth and it’ll be my first choice for future events!
Another lovely family celebration at The Highworth Hotel. Surprise 60th birthday afternoon tea with family followed by drinks with family and friends. The afternoon tea was delicious. Selection of fresh sandwiches, warm sausage roll, cakes, lemon posset and warm scones with jam and cream endless tea and coffee. As always the team were great, anything to make the celebration go off smoothly. One of my most favourite venues. Service is great. Lovely surroundings. Great atmosphere. Thank you so much to everyone involved, you are amazing
I booked an afternoon tea session at The Highworth Hotel and it a really pleasant experience. The food was delicious, they catered to our dietary requirements vegetarian, the scones were freshly made and the selection of savoury and sweet treats were tasty.nnThe service from the staff was really lovely, so attentive and friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful and really cosy.nnOverall really enjoyed the experience, food and drinks and will definitely be back.
Stayed at the Highworth this last week while on a work trip. All the staff sorry, didn't get anyone's name! were lovely, chatty and happy to give recommendations for things to do around the town. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable and I was able to get good sleep every night.nnThe cooked breakfast was delicious as was the hotel restaurant food in the evening. Would highly recommend the grill night on Thursdays!nnWould happily stay here every time I'm in the area and will hopefully be back in the future!
We've lived in Highworth for 3 years and had never visited the Highworth Hotel and restaurant.nWe sat outside on the terrace and so enjoyed it the vibe and the blossom trees and the went into the conservatory area to eat.nThe food was good, albeit a limited menu but was excellent and served with old fashioned great polite service!nFrom the moment we we greeted as we arrived to when we left, I can say the staff were warm, genuinely caring and professional.nThe overall atmosphere was fun and buzzing outside and peaceful inside without distracting music which was greatly appreciated!
