I was referred to The Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry by my previous surgery, I am an extremely nervous patient after having a disastrous experience at one of the Private Dentists in Hitchin.

From day one of arriving at the surgery and meeting the receptionists who were so welcoming and then having my consultation with Russell Tant I was actually looking forward to my treatment starting!!
He showed me some before and after pictures of patients that have had a similar history to me of losing all my top teeth following an illness. 

My only hope now was to have implant surgery that would take approx. 18 months to restore my smile and my confidence. After always being frightened in the past, my first procedure was fantastic, I not only was calm throughout but I was even looking forward to my next appointment and closer to my goal.

Russell Tant has the most professional, caring soft nature that gives you nothing but confidence in the treatment he has planned for you, the time he takes to explain everything to you and making sure that you are as happy and confident in the end result as he was.. I am now in the final stages of my treatment.

My two lengthy visits with Will Murphy who carried out all the implant surgery were much less scary than I had imagined, again I think that it is more his professionalism and calming nature that they all seem to have at this surgery, especially the dental nurses who actually make it an almost enjoyable experience 

I cannot wait to have my new smile and regain my confidence, it won’t be long now, even though it’s an hour journey to get here, never again will I go anywhere else to have my dental treatment. NEVER!!! I would refer anybody who wants to receive the best dental treatment you can ask for even if you are unfortunately scared like I was. Russell Tant, Will Murphy, Katrina, Chrissie, Charleigh and the team at Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry are Wonderful!!!

I attended The Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry for an initial consultation after having a few concerns. I was very impressed by how welcoming all the staff were and the consultation was so informative. I left with such a clear understanding of the treatment I need and I felt they really went out their way by taking their time to explain everything to me in great detail. I now look forward to starting my treatment with you. Thank you

Excellent Service (nervous patient)
A big thank you to the fantastic team at Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry.  Who would have thought, me, a nervous patient, would walk out of the dentist beaming and feeling so proud of myself for enduring the dentist chair for 2 hours.  The calm and reassuring nature of both my fantastic dentist ‘Michael Steeden’, my dental nurse ‘Robyn, my hygienist ‘Tessa Lenard and receptionists ‘Katrina and Chrissie, was beyond my expectations, which made this experience, a most positive one.  Thank you all so much.

Firstly, I'm not going to get into a review battle, but Nada, really what are your expectations in life. Streets paved with gold??
I am the epitome of a nervous dental patient, I first visited HC4D around a year ago for some pretty routine work, but getting me there, well....... now that's behind me I'm a bit of a regular. Great team, from the bottom to the top, up to date, state of the art equipment, no nervousness, in fact I look forward to it, always at ease and well informed, good job guys, keep up the fantastic work :)

I was referred here by my own dentist for ongoing treatment. It's a very welcoming environment and all of the team are very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring.
 I can honestly say it's the only time I have ever felt relaxed leading up to dental appointments.
