Absolutely fantastic place to visit. If you are near by definetly worth it. We visited in evening time but darker it gets in night lights would stand out better. This was July around 22:30pm and you can see still plenty of sunlight unfortunately. Parking was for free only 5 minutes walk from Sculptors there is also paid parking closer where they charge £3. One we have parked on there was no charge but i guess through day it would be more busier it depends if you what to stay around or just see sculptors and leave. I would say it would be nice to visit through day as well as there are shops for you to visit. Its very nice place to visit.
Lovely staff, decent number of spaces if you arrive early or there are bearby car park zones as well, few minutes walk by the canal, from the kelpies ground.nThere is an option to drop off or pick up right beside the visitor centre and is usually free for differently abled access.
Great for letting wee man run off some energy and a wee stroll along to see some of the canal and boats and the 2 horses , shame about the eletric bikes not in use any more
Wot a cracking day we had here, going to c the horses later as there light up, £10 overnight for motorhomes & free during the day, lots of walks round the park, cafe & shop, toilets open till 10pm, defo come back
Easy to get too. Can get busy. Short walk to the Kelpies.
