Booked this hotel the night before staying, as we were attending an event in Manchester, it was prices 68£ triple room, 1 double 1 single. We were allocated the top floor attic. It was very spacious, very clean indeed, and the beds were amazing such comfortable beds. The showerroom was so good, very big shower and all spotless, very quiet hotel. The downside was being on top floor and I have a walking disability and no lift. However I forgot to request lower floor so my fault really.and we booked the night before. Staff were very helpful and kind, the gentleman checking me in even took my bag up to the room.nSimple continental breakfast included which was very good. If ever in Manchester or the area I would book again. :
The stay was fantastic ,all rooms wer very clean and modern and plenty of space to park your van , breakfast would start early if you needed an early startnWhich we did ,the woman in reception was very helpful and advised us on everything,will stay there againnThanks

Nice quiet hotel. The rooms were spacious, warm and cosy and the beds comfortable. The place was immaculately clean and the staff friendly. Only a short taxi ride to the city centre and very affordable. Would definitely stay again.
Hotel owner and front receptionist were absolutely amazing. It genuinely is a nice hotel, clean, comforting and the staff are welcoming. The owner is an absolute legend, helped me find my phone. 100% worth booking at this hotel.
