On first sighting the hotel looks quite dark. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and brightness of my room. I dined in the restaurant in the evening, excellent food. Breakfast was included in the price, this was also excellent. Service all around was good.

Quality dinning in a boutique hotel, get there soon for a sizzling steak, various weights with a choice of fillet or sirloin, panoramic views over the river Clyde.

A nice little hotel in a beautiful area of Scotland. With views to Bute and Arran. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy and the food is quite good too.
