Our last train was cancelled unexpectedly. With nowhere to go we found ourselves wandering the area. We came across Haven House in the late hours of the evening despite this we were kindly accommodated for a reasonable price by our kind host Marie. Would definitelyRooms: 3/5
A very nice welcome when we arrived and helpful when needed. Lovely room and very good facilities. Would most definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5
Cosy wee bed and breakfast. Although to be correct it's a guest house as there is no food. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. General decor could do with a few touches up and you do have to share the facilities but with three letting rooms and two bathrooms that really should not be an issue.Rooms: 4/5
Great value for money, a homely place. I'd read other reviews commenting on the place needing an upgrade, it probably does, there were little snagging issues. It is still a 5 star for me because it's a budget price and yet was clean, friendly host Marie, coffee and milk topped up each morning, warm, WIFI and in a great location.
This B&B was not to our likeing. We got put in the attic. You couldnt swing a cat in it as they say . It was not clean. Cob webs in the corners. The bed didnt look clean dark sheets and the towels were dark and had a funny smell. Brown water was coming out of the tap at the sink . The TV did not work . And we had to go downstsirs to use the toilet or bathroom . . We payed our £60 for the one night and moved to another B&B . We wont be back . Sorry
Location is great. Really close to the sea and city centre. The owner was very nice and helpful. Bathroom was really clean. Would recommend!Rooms: 5/5
