So we popped in for dinner to commence the start of our holiday before the airport..nnWe ordered the following:nn- Mixed Grill - A quarter of our rotisserie chicken, 4oz# rump steak, half a gammon steak, a pork sausage, a fried free-range egg, black pudding, chips, garden peas, tomato and onion ringsnn- Half Rotisserie Chicken with MashnnBoth meals were fabulous, we wouldn't normally go for just a Chicken meal, however it was lovely, succulent and tasty. The mixed Grill tasted nice, a little overcooked for my liking but still enjoyable. I personally love gammon and unfortunately the piece on my plate was very small; merely my observation.nnThe staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The chap was so attentive.nnThe salad bar was great, always love this element, with a fresh roll and some nice salad sauces too.nnWe would certainly return to this Harvester, a lovely place, with fabulous service and good food. This made a great start to our holiday.nnTotally recommend
Very lovely food been 2time in the last few weeks.frist time had steak dinner.and last visit we all had chicken both times was very lovely food and good service
We would like to thank the staff but particularly our waiter, Melvin for his attention bestowed on us tonight. He was very understanding and helpful advising about allergens in the choices that I wanted to make even down to the onion rings! Absolutely, reassuring. The food was cooked to perfection minus the onion rings!, tasty. Thank you all!
Visiting our mum and all enjoyed a meal at the harvester. Tasty food, delicious puds and lovely staff. Owen served us this evening, very polite, helpful and welcoming.
Great service Melvin , he was so polite and really helpful . Food was top notch and might I add the dessert chocolate and banana waffle was delicious over all really impressed and will be coming back . Thank you chefs and thank you Melvin
