Hartley’s is an amazing salon. I have lashes which last amazingly and semi permanent eyeliner here. Dawn and Stacey make you feel so relaxed and it’s always a fantastic experience. The salon itself is a beautiful place with a great ambience.
Such a lovely salon and Dawn is so friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lashes now, they always look perfect and last ages. The salon is beautiful and very peaceful so you can just relax when you go there.
