Best family doctor I've ever had. DR Austria is thorough, and takes her time with her patients. She listens to them and their concerns and gets to know them on a deep level. She is eager to get to the root cause of symptoms and takes a logical and methodical approach to ruling out serious conditions. My family has never felt so taken care of, as we do under her care.

This is a very busy clinic, both because of the scheduled appointments with the various doctors as well as the limited "walk-in" options on weekends. Regardless, the front desk staff are very courteous. But even more than the reception stafff, I really like my family doctor, Dr. Katrina Austria.  We used to see her at the clinic's previous location and followed her to the current location, at 33 City Centre Dr., across from Square One, because we so appreciated the kind of medical service she provided.  Dr. Austria is very caring, pays attention to the whole person, and will suggest or refer a person for assessment and/or preventive work, for example, she referred me to a physiotherapy assessment because I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis.  Dr. Austria had recommended the osteoporosis assessment, and then followed that up with the physio referral because I found out that I do have osteoporosis. In general, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Austria, who listens to her patients, and will question them for clarification, and if need be follows that up with further monitoring and/or assessment. I feel very comfortable with the medical care that Dr. Austria provides, and would not hesitate to recommend her to other family members  and friends, if she is able to accept new patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Anvari for over a decade and she’s such an amazing doctor. She really cares about her patients and takes time with them during their appointments. Paula is just as amazing and always so very helpful. Also the staff that answers the phones and the nurses. Always so wonderful to deal with. It’s hard to find good doctors and great staff. I’m thankful that I’ve found that at Kingsbridge Medical.

My mom recommended this clinic thru her family doctor, I'm so happy that she did....my family physician is now Dr Abraham & it's been 4 or 5years since!! I'm so grateful for Dr Abraham because she listened to your health problems & finds the correct answers for you! Anyone looking for a family physician I highly recommend Dr Abraham!! The clinic & staff are very polite & professionals. They try to fit you in with an appointment as fast as they can! Keep up the great work you all do at Kingsbridge MEdical Centre!!

I have attended Kingsbridge medical for 35 years under the care of Dr Richard Chen. It’s a well organized office. Plenty of staff, always courteous and helpful. Dr Chen has taken care of three generations of my family and seen us  through some difficult health concerns with kindness and his wealth of knowledge and experience. Great health care clinic.  .

I recently interacted with Kingsbridge Medical Center and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Every time I called, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Their demeanor was consistently unwelcoming and dismissive, making the experience highly frustrating. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect courtesy and respect. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address this issue and improve their customer service.

Dr.Austria, has been our family Dr for the last ten years, she is amazing , she is wonderful she sits with you and listens to you. She knows everything . Excellent physician . My kids love her and very comfortable with  her

I Have had the good fortune of having Dr. Richard Chen as my doctor for almost 30 years. He is a very thorough and genuine doctor who always goes above and beyond Leaving no stone unturned regarding your health. His staff are very professional and compassionate. I would highly recommend him and his practice!

Like many reading this review, I've had a very hard time finding a regular and supportive health clinic. I was referred to Kingsbridge and I am glad I was. It's an extremely busy clinic and I can see why. This isn't your average clinic. It's well run .. efficient .. and patient friendly. My entire family of 4 are now patients here. We live 30 minutes away from the clinic and wouldn't go anywhere else.
