I was served by an incredibly rude member of staff. He had ear piercings and a neck tattoo and refused to serve me as I was paying with cash. Instead, he served card users only, although I had already been waiting for service for over 10 minutes. I attempted to get his attention but he aggressively told me to wait and that he would serve me when he wants to. As it wasn't that busy, I went to another member of bar staff and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak to a member of management. Whilst my drinks were being poured by another member of staff, the rude server was very patronizing and aggressive to another member of staffed, which I was very shocked to see. I hope that the management team deal with his vile behaviour. Overall, the atmosphere in the pub was welcoming and warm with great service. The only exception was the incredibly rude young boy who served me and left me unhappy for the rest of the evening. I would love to return here if I was promised not to be served by him.

Great staff, often a decent atmosphere and a good selection of drinks - plus pool, table tennis etc. A decent place to chill out with your mates

Bar staff are friendly, service is good, they all try really hard despite being understaffed. The staff are constantly running around. They need to employ more staff. But appart from that I love the atmosphere.

Lovely place, went there for a catch up with some friends recently and had a great experience. Staff and service were excellent, especially one of the barmaids called Kirsty, who was very switched on and sorted us all out with great cocktails.

Relaxed environment showing sports, ping pong table and pool tables available. Food is decent too.
