I originally gave this place 1 star, for being closed at lunch time. Went in yesterday, wish I could give it zero stars. Only 4 pasties in shop, so bought 2 had to leave some for someone else. Now truthfully they where not too bad. However paid £4.65 for a ham and egg bap. Again good size fair amount of filling, but nearly choked on long blonde bloody hair in sandwich. Discusting never going back minus stars
I called to make a big order of Bacon Rolls. The lady who answered the phone was very short and rude. I was told I had to pay in advance. Perfectly acceptable. However because this order is for a work event I had to speak to my Manager before going ahead with the order. Once I had conformation from my hierarchy on the payment and how many to order, a colleague of mine took on the task as I am currently off. My colleague was poorly dealt with and the same woman who I had previously spoken to answered the phone. She said 'I spoke to you yesterday my answer is still the same' in a very impolite manner. My colleague went on to try and explain it wasn't specifically her she had already spoken to. She then got very argumentative that she had already been asked this question. I am very disappointed in the lack of service we have been given and it is such a shame as we have heard good things about their food. Just goes to show poor customer service makes a difference.
Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Brilliant choice of breads, cakes filled rolls etc and hot/cold drinks. Best sausage rolls we have ever had
Well overpriced and the cornish pasty had no flavour. Very disappointed and a total waste of money

The service was friendly and the food was enjoyable but at £10.65 for two rolls, one piece of cake and a coffee I won't be rushing back... and somehow I doubt if any of my 30 coach passengers will be buying their picnic lunches here.
Lovely little bakery in the top of Whitchurch. Very helpful. Best to pop in early to avoid missing out on any of the goodies they have in stock fresh daily.
A good old fashioned bakery is hard to come by these days. Worth a visit if you are in the area. Great selection. Family run.
All fresh and cakes very nice with a good welcome from the staff
Freshly baked products, friendly staff. Speciality breads. Bespoke cakes at reasonable prices.
