We look forward to welcoming you to the newly refurbished Boat House Cafe at Swanwick Marina. Open all day serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, coffee, teas & drinks. Our open kitchen serves, sandwiches, panini's, pizza salads & grills.

We are situated right on the waterfront with great views of the marina and river with our very own complimentary berth for tenders and ribs for those arriving by water and of course lots of free onsite parking as well.

Excellent breakfast including gluten free option which my wife had. Cafe itself was well designed. Food must be good as James Martin went in with others to eat. Service very friendly

Very friendly staff here at the Boat House Cafe. We came here to discuss future events and to plan those future events with my group. However it's not a 5 star I'm afraid because the live band were so loud we couldn't hear each other talking. As nice and as atmospheric it is in there, it didn't work for us. It was raining outside, so that wasn't an option. Nonetheless we got the planning done in the short 15 minute interlude when the band didn't play. The food and drinks are well priced for the quality and the location and staff are wonderful!

We very much enjoyed our first visit to the Boat House.,.a Plant Based Food Event.. really exciting menu, we all chose different food and was surprised how tasty it was..... One for the road entertained us, with their songs from the 50/60s.....great evening.will certainly be back!
