I went here few times. The food is beautiful. The cocktails are lovely. The staff is very kind and helpful. The place is always kept clean. Highly recommend this pub to anyone. I definitely go here again.
Service is very friendly, professional and helpful. Food is supplied in a self-service carvery format. Even a "half" portion of food is a large portion. The chef will do everything he can to supply you with what you want. Highly recommended.
Definitely a family favourite for all our events! We love it & the staff are always ALWAYS amazing. Food is just phenomenal! Always a great visit
Had food here a few times and always good. Decided to have the afters of a funersl here as its a great location. Organised with John at window area upstairs. Area is lovely at any time. Food and staff all top class. Nice portions and all well presented and excellent value with tea/coffee included. Brought out some complimentary platters in the late afternoon. Such a lovely gesture. Cannot thank them enough for all the help that day. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
Staff was very good but food wasn't up to normal standard .soup was just warm .lamb was served up like scraps
If your looking for a sambo , Carvery, or sit down meal this is the best please around - staff are lovely and food is top notch - Cavery is the best around - well well recommended
Very good! The servers helped us out, coming from America there are several things we did not understand. Like no hatching sign above the fireplace. They told us it meant not to hover to close to the fireplace and not share. The desert was different and very good.
Great staff. Great food menu. Reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong for a local pub.
