Friendly staff, listen to what youd like, I'm so pleased every time I leave.

Poor communication. Despite ringing late morning to confirm my 3.30 appointment, i arrive at 3.15 only to be told” oh i meant to ring you, the girl has gone off sick, but we can see if we can manage to do you between us but there will be a wait” After 45 mins i decided I had had enough. Fortunately i got a refund from my Groupon voucher. A complete waste of my time and money, a 40 mile round trip for nothing.A simple phone call would have sorted it, but if they cant be bothered to ring then what else cant they be bothered to do

I would give a no stars had I been able to. I bought a voucher from Groupon , the reviews have been fantastic of this salon and I had no reason to doubt buying this. I have just called up to book an appointment on a Saturday.The voucher had no limitations on what days to use this. Otherwise I wouldn't have purchased it. The gentleman who told me he was the junior stylist & that he was the stylist for the voucher ,was polite on the phone, however, the manager informed him they are not willing to take any Groupon vouchers on any other day but a Wednesday. This is false advertising and bad customer service. I am very shocked that this can just be decided, especially being a new customer. I am claiming a refund back from Groupon, and I shall take my business elsewhere. I have recently moved here, and was looking to try a new hairdressers with resulting in frequent custom. Shame on you.

Emma is a true professional, she has done my ombre for years and always makes it look natural.
