Had Erica do a balayage and have had no end of compliments since. I'm always so nervous about my hair and had never had it dyed in a Salon before but am so pleased! Everyone there is so friendly and happy to handle my thick curly hair! Thank You!! x

Hi, today 25/8/17 at 10:45 i was done a Luxury cut, made by Erica. Erica was very friendly. She was also a excellent hairdresser, because of her extreamely pleasing job that she has completed. I have never been so pleased a 100% at a hairdresser in my life. I don't think that i have wasted even a penny! (£40) Thank you so much for the whole staff being so friendly including everyone. From now on Hay's Hair and Beauty is my favourite Hair saloon and i will recommend to everyone that i know. Thank you so much. Lenka.

I fully retract my previous review, it was a technical issue that has been resolved! Thank you to Sam for putting up with me being extremely grumpy on the phone and still giving me an appointment.
