If I could give 0 stars I would. The barber cutting my hair was too busy speaking to a woman sitting in the shop and not even paying attention to me. He asked me what it is I wanted done and I explained I wanted just a 2 on the sides and the back and top to just be trimmed, he then did the complete opposite and just started cutting the back of my head and most of my hair off, I explained to him that isn't what I asked for but he just apologised and said it will grow back! He picked the mirror up to show me the back of my head and i couldn't see the bald patch until I got home and my fiance took some pictures and showed me how uneven the back of my hair was and the patch. Absolutely shocking first time I'd been in this barbers and it will definitely be the last.

Decent price good hair cut

Ana at the Hair Lounge was fantastic and talked me through the whole process of what she would be cutting off my hair to style it to go through the growing process and how to care and maintain my hair till my return in 8 weeks to see her. She assured me every step of the way, as having a phobia of salons from previous bad experiences, she was brilliant...I completely trust her...I was so relaxed and so not nervous in any of my time spent with her. Would I recommend Ana? Absolutely 100%...would I recommend the Hair Lounge ? Absolutely 100%

I had my hair cut and blow dryed here a few months ago and loved it! I was nervous as every time I have been elsewhere they have cut it too short and blow dryed my hair completely wrong! The ladies here are lovely and I'm looking forward to going back here and will most defiantly be having regular cuts from now on
