This is the first time I’ve come here to get my nails done. I got them done on the 12th of December when it snowed and as I was the only one there i was seen to straight away. I felt a little out of place as they didn’t really acknowledge me and were talking to each other in their language so it was a little uncomfortable. It took a lot less time to do my nails whereas when i’ve been other places it’s taken longer than it did when i was here. 10 days later my middle and ring finger nails snapped off. I wasn’t doing any strenuous work and they just popped off. Never ever happened to me before and i’ve done some pretty heavy lifting with other nails and they’ve been absolutely fine. We rung up to get them redone and they fit us in but told us we couldn’t book but we’d just have to come in a sit and wait. Got them redone and it was very rushed as it was a friday, however they used the complete wrong colour to what was used originally and were very sloppy when it came to applying the top costs because half the nail had it in and the other half didn’t so it smudged. Then a week later i bent down to pick something up and the pinky nail completely snapped off so i just took them off myself and they came off so cleanly compared to others. Woukdnt come back here personally as I’ve never had that experience before. Such a shameService:&nbsp;Manicure

Had my nails done today  they did an excellent job!!

First time I've had my nails done since before lockdown and I was looking forward to some pampering I booked an appointment but still had to wait over 30minutes before I was seen However, although John himself was doing my nails I felt that he was more interested in answering the phone, talking to walk in customers, looking out the window and communicating with other employees in their own language. He rushed doing my nails and whereas previously I've been offered hand cream and sometimes a hand massage I wasn't offered anything. I just felt he wanted me out of the chair as quickly as possible so he could get someone else in. I used to be offered a drink during my treatments but again I wasn't this time. The price has gone up but unfortunately the service and hospitality has gone down The sink to wash your hands is stained and looks dirty and the hand towels are tissue thin - a very obvious false economy as you need to use so many more to dry Will probably look to go somewhere else in future as I was so disappointed

Gel nails done , have them done regularly  by the lovely staff! owner John is lovely and staff are friendly and work hard.

They do good nails, but sometimes it feels like they bump up the price for the tiniest things like like a simple line design in the tips of my nails. Also these days they don’t give the proper care to the nails, like trimming the nail beds etc.

my mother and i had visited this shop  we don't usually as we've had bad experience before but had no choice as the other nail places were fully booked  came here was yelled at for asking for them not to over drill my real nails , was told to be quiet by the manager as i was asking them to fix the acrylic they had poorly done on my mums hands! the manager told me to pay full and he'd re do them the next day for free  they take on new customers and do not finish off the customer they have in front of them!!!!! we had to wait 45 minutes for them to put the overlay on the nails as they took on new customers! the shellac quality is poor and so is the service here would never ever come here again!!!!!!!!!  the manager is the most unpleasant human i've ever met.

I would like to say I've been having my nails done for over 25 years now in all areas of London . but this is by far the worst ever experience I've ever had. there is no communication .they are rude they're very rough with your hands. Young girls running in and out the shop having their nails done with their friends waiting outside not very good for business. I had a young man do my nails he completely messed it up . He was very rough with my hands . And did not communicate with me whatsoever . it had to be redone by a lady. Which then pass me onto another girl to do some art on my nails . who found it extremely difficult to do the same pattern on the opposite finger . The only English they speak is how much money they want they never smiled. I am definitely not racist. I  myself is not englisch. and the place is absolutely dirty. I I would never recommend this nail bar . I feel violated and cheated. a woman likes to be pampered I certainly was not pampered. this  was the first and last experience that I will ever have in this nail bar.

Been a loyal customer for 2 years and I’m never coming back, the man doing my nails was quite rude n made my thumb bleed not a problem when he finished my nails they felt weak and were bendy. That same day 3 acrylics snapped of. I’m 14 and get £50 a month I paid £25 expecting them to last till next month, money wasted and very disappointed, I hope they can repair the 3 broken nails for FREE, since acrylics shouldn’t be bendy n shouldn’t snap in the same day :

Really good service and great nails. Suggest booking ahead if you plan to go during middle of the day or towards the end when it gets busy. Nails last a really long time for me. My go to nail shop
