I booked in for a cut & blow dry a week prior to my appointment. This was my first visit to the Hair Company. I was shocked and appalled on how unprofessional the staff are.
The stylist who owns the salon never introduced herself to me and never asked for my name. Basic common courtesy when you are giving a service. Their was no consultation prior to washing my hair.
My wash only consisted of shampoo and I had no conditioner. The stylist suggested trimming the ends and adding a few layers in to give body. The  layers never happened. I could see she was more concerned with her next client. The stylist put very little product in my hair, however she was quick enough to try and sell me the Olaplex 3 at £30.
As for the rapport, the stylist wanted to tell me all about her neighbour above the Salon . Informing me her neighbour was on benefits, didn't work, had two children from two different fathers and was covered in tattoos. She then stated 'how can she pay for all her tattoos, they are no cheap'. Then she bad mouthed her ex husband's partner informing me that she takes cocaine.
The stylist has never met me before, how can you say these things about other people, when they are not there to defend themselves. It makes you wonder what the stylist/owner may say about her clients.
She charged me more than I was quoted on the phone for a cut & blow  dry. Maybe that's why they have no price lists in the Salon.
Going to the Hair Salon is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I could not wait to leave and it's the first time in my life that I have never left a tip.
I felt like the staff wanted to do the minimum amount of work and take as much money from their clients as possible.
I have never experienced such bad service and I will not be going back.

Wow is all I can say about this salon nikki and the girls always make me feel welcome my hair looks fantastic especially with the olaplex treatment, they always get my hair right whatever I ask for and even get tea and biscuits with every visit
