Had my hair done with cat for my baby shower, I never normally like my hair curly and cat suggested having waves, i was so so happy with my hair, everyone said how lovely it was, will be back very soon!

Easily the best beauty and hair experience in Torquay.  Cat highlighted my hair beautifully using milkshake products  my favourite . My hair looks better than ever and I can’t thank her enough.  I have rebooked just before Christmas for a little top up along with some beauty treatments.  Looking forward to it already

Lovely staff a really good service. I got a balayage with colour at the roots and it came out beautifully. My only critique is the same as every hair dressers I've ever been to - they don't seem to know how to blow dry naturally wavy/curly hair. I left with my hair frizzy and still damp at the roots. This is the same for any hairdressers - I don't think many stylists are trained on how to style curls properly which is very strange. I hate going to hairdressers I find myself feeling very uncomfortable and self conscious. I have to say that when I walked in I was put at ease my hairdresser was Nicole. She was lovely asked me what I wanted doing I am the worlds worst at explaining what I want in case I look silly. I left it in her capable hands. I have to say she did an amazing job. I am so happy with the colour and the cut. There was no nasty comments when people left the salon which is what puts me off when they where chatting they included me in the conversation. I would highly recommend this salon. It’s nice and clean and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. In fact I can’t wait to go back.

I have been here a few times now to have my hair cut, my daughters hair cut and to have eyebrow treatments, and I absolutely love it! I will not go anywhere else now.  Cat is very good with eyebrows, she is very friendly and asks exactly how you would like them and does a great job.  And Siobhan is fantastic with hair and super friendly, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can tell she really cares about your hair. My daughter who is autistic had her hair cut for the first time with Siobhan today and I have taken her to a few hairdressers in the past and although she likes having her hair done she tends to become very quiet, shy and keep her head down during hair cuts but today, I have never known her to chat so much from beginning to end and look so comfortable and happy having her hair done! She was so happy when we left and said "I really loved that lady and want to see her again". Siobhan was so friendly with her, made conversations and really showed a interest in conversations, it was so lovely to see my daughter so comfortable and happy having her hair done!  Very happy customers, will definitely be returning and I already and will carry on recommending to everyone. Thank you

Fabulous experience today, Vienna and Cat were super friendly and immediately put me at ease. They are both very passionate and talented in all that they do. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and 'Pepper' is such a character too! Services:&nbsp;Skin treatments

I went for my first ever spray tan here and the lady that did it was really lovely and really professional. I was quite nervous but she helped put me at ease. And bonus her dalmatian is gorgeous and so friendly

Im not saying it was a disaster but the prices are rediculous. Especiacially as a trainee was in charge of my hair. £170 pounds for a keritin treatment and trim. They say a blow dry is inuded aswell but thats the treatment blow dryed into your hair. Id moved so tried a different salon and big mistake. Also states 20% off for new clients but that didnt appear in the price when i emailed and questioned it i should have mentioned it before even though id clearly never been before as we were all chatting! Once again 170 pounds!!!!!

Had an appointment with Eloise today, first time to the salon. Pleasantly surprised, very smart and clean looking Salon. Eloise did a perfect job on my hair, she was patient, polite and really listened to what i wanted. Made me feel very, comfortable. Found my new hairdressers
