The dentists are brilliant, very kind and knowledgeable. However the reception staff aren't as kind. I write this literally minutes after walking in for an appointment, for the receptionist to not even make eye contact. About 20 seconds later she puts a form on the table and says "do you pay for your treatment?" Does the word hello not exist anymore? Or a smile? Good manners cost nothing! However like I said, the dentists are fantastic here!
A well run dental practice with professional and friendly staff. I have always found the practice be very accommodating and sympathetic towards nervous patients. My family and I have been patient's for many years and I would recommend it as a good family dentist.
Been with this practice for almost 20 years. I have received good service from the dentists, hygienists and staff and would recommend them.
I have been a patient of Hainault Dental Practice for a few years. I suffer from severe gum disease, but consistently told by the Hygienist, Helen my teeth are fine, it is more cleaning required, which is correct. However cleaning is not done by Helen, I have said for years my gums are bleeding, feeling tighter, but nothing different done. Most recently I went in with a very loose tooth, but was told it is fine by the hygienist, why do I want to loose a tooth. 2 days later it was so bad, the bleeding increased, due to being diabetic this was not great. I ended up in hospital and the tooth was extracted.
Kind and caring staff, both assessment and dental treatment appointments were covered with absolute consideration and attention. Communication upon review was distinct and laid-out respectfully. Treatment was concluded inside the clinic in a professional way and I felt heard as an individual. Whilst undergoing treatment, I never once felt rushed into position. Each step was explained clearly and the procedure was carried out delicately and with great attention to detail.
Apart from my husband experiencing a disastrous tooth extraction and gum damage a couple of years ago, for which he had to have emergency treatment elsewhere. I’ve been registered with them for decades, so the loyalty remained and I returned for a consultation. I couldn’t find a parking space, apart from in their large empty car park, albeit the dodgy dentists vehicle. Was asked to move, but I politely explained that there was no parking nearby and should I cancel? Yes, was the reply and no attempt to offer to rebook me in was made, but the rude receptionists also added comment was see ya! Are you for real. Rudeness received and lack of helpfulness was unnecessary. I’ve just re registered my whole family elsewhere! Have a nice day!
I would recommend that practice, but if you ever get the man dentist think again is not very good and I am not quiet sure he knows what is doing. Good practice but avoid the man dentis
**Avoid at all costs** This place should really be closed down. The service has really declined terribly in the last 2 years and continues to worsen. The customer service and lack of patient empathy is ZERO. Several dentists keep coming and going and so there is ZERO continuity. In the last 12 months I have had 5 appointments cancel. I have not been able to get an appointment and most recently I had two URGENT needs that they simply couldn't support because the dentist had vanished. I have decided to move my whole family away today, which is a shame as there was a time when I enjoyed this place.
I had a very painful lower molar and needed attention ASAP. I didn't want to go back to a previous dentist so I contacted Hainault Dental Practice. Straight away I was offered an appointment the next day. I arrived and had the warmest welcome from the receptionist. Soon after was seen by the dentist. Had x rays and he explained I had an abcess, a temporary filling was done and prescribed antibiotics and was told to come back in a weeks time for a follow up. Arrived for a follow up appointment yesterday and as I was running late I messaged ahead. Temporary filling was removed and a permanent white filling was done. Since I arrived for the first appointment till now I have not suffered any pain or discomfort. Very happy with the service at the practice. Very professional approach by all. I have now found a dentist I can trust. Thanks to my dentist and staff at the practice.
Ive been goin here for 20+ years i wouldn't change it the ladys there are great Karen is an amazing at her job sheryl is just as amazing the dentist there are always friendly accommodating to all ppl that attend ill aways give this 5 starts or more!!!
