I have never had such poor dental service before. I have been using Bupa prior to this visit but as it’s slightly pricey I have decided to use the local dentist as it was only the filling I needed. I have booked myself for a Saturday with roughly a months wait (which I was fine with anyway). I went for my visit and the dentist just took some xrays and said I’ll have to come back where I got surprised. Usually it’d be the same day service fixing - filling so I thought what a waste of my time. Frankly, my next visit was even worse. Whilst trying to fix my tooth it cracked (at least that’s what she said) but the problem is - she didn’t even ask whether I wanted it to be restored she just put the paste and made my tooth flat. No use of the gun to make it firm too, she just literally forced it in with her finger. I don’t suggest you use this practise and avoid by all means!

I don’t even though want to put any star! This is the worst dentist ever!!!! Don’t go and I got rip off and she did the worst job for my front teeth! She is the worst dentist and kept questioning about my teeth. I will never never go there again!!!

This year in October the Hygienist who done the cleaning was okay which I arranged as had good experience in my last visit. It seems to me she was just practitioner  or student as when I discussed with her about by gum receding she advise me that possible to do filling & will last long, which I had doubt as knew not possible. Just thought may be worth checking so arranged another appointment which they offered me at 4:30 pm as that would be the last one, I took half day but got some delays on way & called that I am running late & wont be able to reach before 5 pm which receptionist mentioned ok no problem come over. I reached there & to my surprise Dentist informed because I got late they wont be able to do any procedure or filling as all the equipment they sent for sterilization but had quick look & charged me consultation fee & ask to book another appointment which I arranged for Saturday 2nd Dec as not in position to come get time off from work. Today received call & been informed that Dentist can't do Saturday & offered to come at 4:30 pm.   I will not recommend this surgery.

Unprofessional and very unkind RUDE dentist... I can't even though want to put any star...
I will never again...RIP!!
