I’ve been training with Katie for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. As a women’s-only coach, she creates such a supportive, encouraging and judgement-free environment where you feel comfortable pushing yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of.nnKatie has the perfect balance of being incredibly motivating while also being genuinely caring. She always pushes me to do my best, but never in a way that feels intimidating. She believes in you even when you don’t believe in yourself, and that’s made such a huge difference to my confidence and progress.nnWhat really sets Katie apart is how invested she is in her clients. She doesn’t just care about your workouts and physical results – she checks in on you emotionally too and genuinely wants to know how you’re doing. She’s always there if you need advice, reassurance or even just someone to talk to, no matter how small or silly you think your question is. You never feel like you’re going through your fitness journey alone.nnOn top of that, she’s amazing company. Her personality makes every session so much more enjoyable, and somehow she manages to make even the toughest workouts fun. Time flies when you’re training with her, even when she’s got you working harder than you thought possible!nnThe results speak for themselves, but it’s the support, dedication and genuine care that make Katie such an incredible coach. Can’t fault this place at all. The gym is always well-kept, clean, and has a great modern setup with plenty of machines for a proper workout. What really makes it, though, is the environment. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, and everyone training here is completely chill. It’s just a great, positive atmosphere to get your head down and work out. 10/10.
Went to gym group Croydon on a guest pass. Gym has a good vibe. Plenty of equipment. Despite being my first time at this gym an employee gave me a fist . Welcoming vibe. Will be going there 4 times in a month with my missus on a guest pass. I train elsewhere. The gym group guest pass allows me and the missus to do a positive activity together
Great gym, spacious, clean, always machines free to go on! They've just added new booty builder machines and hoping one day they'll add more. Also shout out to Callum who works there and is always very helpful.
Located at Valley Park Retail. Easy to get to. More so if you work in the area. Usual entry system. Gym is located on the first floor. One very large room. Plenty of gym equipment. Usual brand that Gym Group uses. All machines were working and in good order. Gym is spacious and clean. A lot of machines were doubled up so less waiting. Squat and deadlift area. Will continue to use as and when I can.
