Heidi is AMAZING, I love her group classes so much. Heidi offers so much support from perfecting your form to nutrition advice and is always there to help guide you through your journey. 
Heidi make sure everyone in the group  feels welcome and is such a lovely trainer,  I cannot recommend her enough. 
 Heidi has helped me build my confidence and is a great motivator, I’m totally addicted to weight training now.

weights 4 woman! 💪🏼finally a class were I can use all the machines and weights that I have never had the confidence to try alone! 
Heidi is motivational, supportive and she always has your personal goal in mind when training!🏋🏻‍♀️

Heidi has been pivotal in a life transformation and healing process i'm going through. With her guidance, encouragement and weekly challenges in our training sessions, I am overcoming what I thought was impossible - deeply ingrained blocks about my physical ability that I have carried since childhood. She has also given me insight into how much these limitations and blocks were mental and emotional (linked to an internal dialogue) that I need to push through and release. Her positive impact has expanded into all areas of my life, I feel like a different person with more energy, strength and courage to deal with the every day. I wouldn't have entered a gym before, now I go every day and i'm determined to keep moving! Heidi is an inspirational mentor and coach who really cares about her clients. I'm eternally grateful to have met her!

I have had various PT over the years but Heidi is the best, her constant encouragement and positive attitude makes you push yourself. The results are amazing and I never feel like it's going to be a chor having a session with her. She keeps it interesting and diverse and that really works for me as there is never a predictable session.

Heidi is an amazing personal trainer. Great motivator and I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff and will give the kick you need( not literally😉)
