Story

Fast approaching our 25-year anniversary, The Guitar Centre in Sevenoaks is Kent's premium one-stop shop for the needs of every guitar owner.

REPAIRS/SET-UP'S
With almost three decades of experience, our in-house luthier Julian Clarke is a highly trained and skilled craftsman and guitarist in his own right, who runs our on-site workshop and carries out all repairs/set-up work and customization to your requirements.

Drawing on his extensive knowledge and experience, Julian is always happy to offer advice, and with the reputation of his work well known throughout the industry, customers return from far and wide time and time again for his expertise.

From a re-string to a re-fret, as long as it's a 'fretted' instrument, we can help (I.e. Banjo, mandolin, ukulele etc)

Estimates are rarely given for specialist work over the phone or email as we are unable to assess the instrument and scale of work required.
Just arrange to pop in with your instrument, however, and have a chat with Julian to talk through your instrument's needs.

Please note:
• The workshop is closed on Wednesdays.
• We do not service amps/audio equipment.


SPARES/ACCESSORIES
The shop is packed full of spares and accessories for all your guitar needs. It's almost a sweet-shop for guitarists!

Strings, plectrums, capo's, leads, tuners, bags/cases, knobs, stands, straps, slides, machine heads, pick guards, strap locks/pins, nuts/bridges, whammy bars, pickups, tuition books.......... and much more!

All held in stock, catering for absolute beginners, to seasoned pro's.


SECOND HAND GUITARS - BUY/SELL
We buy and sell top brand second-hand guitars, and are more than happy to purchase damaged guitars in need of repair.
Simply pop in or give us a call to have a chat if you have a guitar kicking about in the attic you've been meaning to get rid of!


TUITION
Guitar lessons are available on-site with our experienced tutors, priced at £17 for 30mins, and available on a pay-as-you-go basis (no block booking or upfront payment required).

Lessons are available Monday-Wednesday 3-9pm, and Saturday 10am-4pm, for ages 10+.
