I bought a washing machine. After a very unpleasant experience with another retailer I needed a washing machine urgently. One of the sales reps asked about my needs and advised me which options would be suitable. After I ordered the item, it arrived on time and was undamaged, which was a relief after a few bad experiences with other retailers. I would definitely be returning as a customer.
We bought a tumble dryer. Delivered, fitted and the old one taken away. Great service pleasant and helpful staff. Competitive price. Many thanks.
What a fantastic service. Not only did the total cost work out much cheaper than all the other main retailers including online only but the appliances were delivered within an hour by two very friendly and helpful guys who checked that the appliances were fully functional and gave me a run through on how to use them and took my old ones away. Thanks so much.

Went up the road to Patmores. Had to get a replacement oven nothing fancy got a good recommendation and no quibbles fitment and disposal of the old unit. The guys were on the money in delivering within the week. The delivery folks pitched up as they said they would and within 1/2 hour it was done I was even on a conference call at the time and they just got on with it. Polite. Effective. Good services. Will use again.
Have just placed an order with them for a new washing machine and tumble dryer. Quick, easy and efficient, with the flexibility on delivery we need. And cheaper than John Lewis.
