Great little museum. Son loved dressing up in civil war helmets and Victorian clothes. Lots of interesting exhibits with bitesize explanations. An entertaining, informative hour!

Kids loved it. Lots of interactive displays. They enjoyed trying on the helmets! We also went during Pokemon weekend so we were able to watch the Pokemon movie for free in the auditorium, which was very comfortable.

A fabulous museum with great exhibits! There's also interactive parts for kids to get involved, although I definitely wasn't going to miss the chance to try on a roman helmet  so they're great for adults to!

Took a school trip here & enjoyed watching our kids learn to drill like Roman soldiers. Great workshop too. Facilities for eating not so great but it is a fairly compact site.
