Two weeks running have failed to deliver on time. And food cold when it gets here. Called to complain and told “well order from somewhere else then”. Dreadful service which is a real shame as the food is usually so good

I order here all the time had a order which was about 11 pound guy came round with food and asked for 20 pound so gave him 12 took the bag and closed my door,  when asked to make a complaint the guy didn't know what I was trying to say after explaining it several times

So, so, so disappointed. Spent £50 with them on an order via Just Eat this evening and when it was 20 minutes late I called the shop. They didn't know where my order was and told me they thought it would be with me in 15 minutes. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he was too busy to talk to me, we have ordered with these guys over 20 times in the last 2 years and I have never had such awful service. I told them that I was really disappointed that they were now telling me that my meal that I'd already waited over an hour for was going to be another 15 minutes late. They still refused to let me speak to the owner and gave no indication that they would be providing any reimbursement for the problems caused. The driver turned up, as promised, 15 minutes later with lukewarm food and told us it took him 15 minutes to get to us. Meaning the food hadnt even been sent out when we called originally. Annoyed and very very disappointed.
