First and last time, The food could not have been worse, fish limp and wet the coated chicken was hard and inedible. I should imagine that when they are not busy and the food cooked fresh it could be a totally different experience, however it shows that they are prepared to sell substandard food and this is not acceptable. I do not wish to take a gamble on whether I am going to enjoy or hate, so I have chosen to take my business to the other end of the high street.

Perfect size Portion of chips for me, to fill me up to the extent needed. However, the chips were cold, and not cooked properly. Price for the portion given however is atrocious £1.60 for possibly what was a handful of chips! Won't be coming here in a hurry again!

Not bad, had some good meals and some not so. Advice for them get some better ventilation as often it's heavy smoke from oil. And always use fresh local market fish, Newhaven is best.

I've eaten there twice, on separate occasions. Portions are good. Fish was overcooked and very greasy both times. Nice people. cash only. So "It's OK" but really far from anything special.
