Quick service, friendly staff, nice food, such a lovely environment to sit in, flowers everywhere, plenty of space between tables to keep our distance. I had the fish platter., it's a cold dish. The perfect dish in hot weather They others chose the chicken, the sauce that went with it was amazing, I will choose the chicken next time.
Hats off to these guys! Beautiful pub, indoors and out. Call to check the hours before you go, they change quite often and are posted at the front entrance. Weekly specials are quite lovely and right across the street from Christchurch Park. We will be back!
Thanks for a lovely meal all the staff were very helpful and kind. We had a family meal and everything was so well cooked with the most incredible desserts.
It's such a great place to drink and eat. Management and staff are so professional and friendly, make you feel you've been going there all your life. Food is excellent, wholesome and tasteful, not fiddly arty stuff. Five star to each past and present members of staff.
Great pub with a lovely atmosphere. New outdoor area is great!
My favourite pub in Ipswich, although The Spread Eagle is also very good. But the Greyhound does the best food. That said The Spread Eagle is more haunted. So I would say go to The Greyhound for food and The Spread Eagle for ghosts.
A great place to be. Ample outdoor space for dining or just a drink. Staff were efficient, despite it being a Friday night, and friendly all while respecting people's personal space. Will be back!!
Haven’t been there in many years but when I did it was the only place I found COLD beer. Loved it!
