I recently went to the salon for a facial and a back and neck massage.  I was warmly welcomed before being led to a room which had lovely gentle music and dimmed lights. I immediatly felt relaxed and calm and was able to really enjoy the whole experience.  When I left the salon I felt as though I almost floated home!  I would thoroughly recommend this salon and am very much looking forward to my next visit.

As the employee mentioned in the 'review' below, I feel it is necessary to leave my own review about the green rooms. Sadly on arrival for my minor surgery, the revelation of my MRI scan results showed that sadly my lump that needed removing had grown massively, meaning that more major surgery was required, and ultimately it was treated as a cancer scare. Thankfully I am now recovered and it turned out to be non malignant. As a mother of two young children myself this was undoubtedly one of the most stressful and worrying times of my life, but I was lucky enough that one of the things I didn't have to worry about was being off work for longer than was planned -  as I am lucky enough to have a extremely caring employer whos first priority was taking care of her staff member. I'm also lucky to say that the rest of my clients couldn't of been more understanding either. It's a shame the same can't be said for some selfish individuals.

I used to come to the Green Rooms all the time. Their treatments are good. However, my experience today left me, as a loyal customer, flabergasted. I had booked treatments two months ago for tomorrow. I got voicemails today saying my appointment would be canceled because the employee who was supposed to do the treatment had called in sick and no one could cover. The message said the employee had surgery earlier in the week and the owner had trusted that because it was a minor surgery, the girl thought she would be back by the weekend but was still not well.  When I phoned to just voice the fact that I didn't feel this was right, that I was really disapointed as I had booked this ages ago and rarely get time off of work and parenthood to treat myself, and I felt this had been preventable since they had known about the surgery in advance,  instead of being remotely concerned that a loyal customer was unhappy with this situation, the owner chastised me for not caring about her employees health. I never said I didn't care about the employee's health, my point was that even getting wisdom teeth out can knock you out for longer than one might expect and as business owner,  you should plan for that so that clients don't suffer as a result. I never raised my voice, I only expressed the fact that something I had been looking forward to for a while was not happening because of something I felt was preventable and the owner was so nasty to me, you would have thought I had made her employee ill. She said that if I didn't care that her employee was sick, I wouldn't be welcome at her salon. This is a sad end to many years of good treatments. I don't know if she is a new owner or perhaps if things have changed in some other way lately, but I would strongly suggest avoiding this spa as clearly the customer is not important to the owner.

Recently booked the Ultimate Aromatherapy Experience and a pedicure. What a fabulous experience. Came out feeling totally relaxed, shoulders, neck and back felt amazing and my less than attractive feet looked the best they've done in a long time. 
I have no hesitation in recommending The Green Rooms.
