If it was possible to give no stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed in both the service, and the cut I received from this salon. Luckily I work from home, so don't have to be seen in public with the mess Leanne left me with, though. I should have known to leave when she didn't even bother to do a consultation, and I had to ask the girl washing my hair to go and get her so she could actually see what my hair looked like. She then proceeded to ignore completely the reference photo I showed her, and gave me the worst haircut I have had in years, despite it being a fairly standard blunt bob, that other hairdressers have managed completely fine. That is NOT what I have been left with, it's an overly layered, old-fashioned mess. Avoid this salon at all costs!

Daniel is a lovely guy and bent over backwards for me. The salon stocks some lovely products. Thanks again for everything and see you soon.
