Giving three starts all the summary below: 1 E-shop. I was so glad I could find online shop which has all the plants I needed because other online shops had messages OUT OF STOCK on some of their plants. I made an order. Paid for my plants and I got an email that some of my ordered plants are out of stock and I need to wait until they will get a new delivery with the plants I ordered. OK - lets wait. 2 Customer Service. After one week I gave them a call because I still didn't get my plants. The man who was talking to me was very kind and explained me everything. 3 Delivery. I've been waiting for the whole week. After I gave them a call they send my parcel but refunded for one of my ordered plant because it still was out of stock. I was expected to get my parcel on Saturday but I got it on Monday. 4 Packaging. Very good. 5 Plants. Many plants in Tropica® cups were OK. Some of them where a bit yellowish and lost their green colour but many of them were ok. But to be honest - I don't know where do they keep those plants which are in the black pots. For example "Alternanthera Rosanervig" which I ordered looks like a scarecrow. Almost £12 for that condition plants? It doesn't look like from the picture. It doesn't look like from your tutorial guides etc. I ordered same plant before from different store and it was in AMAZING condition compare to what I've got from you. What I've got from you ... it's hard to describe - have a look at the picture. If I pay money I expect to get a good quality plants. Would you use this condition plants for your tutorial videos? I was very disappointed but I really hope they will grow nice. I Hope. If not ... sad but I will order same plant from somewhere else. And it wasn't just with "Alternanthera Rosanervig". There were other plants which were in those black pots and some of them looked very "sad". 6 Your videos. Aquascape tutorial guides are very good and I like it. I chose your online shop because I found you good quality videos. I saw what plants do you use etc. But I've never seen in any of your video same condition plants I've got. Next time I will continue buying plants from another shop which I used before. Your videos are good but not all your plants which you send to your customers are the same or similar condition as in your videos. 1 + 5 + 2 + 5 + 1 + 5 = 19/6 = 3.16666 That's why it's three
Asked a simple question about one of their products online, got ignored. Bought my 3 bags of soil from a company that actually bothered to respond. Very pleased they ignored me really else I'd have never found this new company, already bought new filters and heaters from them as well. I'd avoid this company at all costs, they clearly have stopped caring. Thats if they ever cared to begin with.
Ordered a aquarium and cover from the online store. The tank was delivered but the cover was out of stock. Used the online contact form to see if I could either get the cover or a refund but have yet to get a response after 2 weeks. Nice tank but would buy elsewhere if there was another supplier.
I hate leaving bad reviews but felt compelled to do so. Excellent videos and interesting journals on website. However, they were unwilling to help and rather rude about it when I emailed a question, which would have led to an online order. When a business puts you off purchasing from them that is not good business. Disappointed.
This used to be THE place to go for your aquascaping needs before the Internet shops took off. It is still a very good and interesting shop and we'll worth a visit though. They stock most of the ADA range super expensive stuff! as well as plants and fish quite limited. The main display tank is amazing and does change. However, for me, I feel that I can get the same quality for much cheaper elsewhere.
Arrive to find the shop looking like a messy warehouse. Waited for about half an hour before any of the staff so much as said hello. We were asked if we want any help and had a bearded fella come over to ''help'' us. The guy acted like us being there was a huge inconvenience to him. Tried chatting to him but 2 word answers max. Changed my mind about buying anything there and then. Beautiful display tanks, terrible customer service.
Entered the shop to find a bespectacled bearded young man who gave me the "What the hell do you want?" look. He then shouted for James and carried on playing on his phone. James not Findley was very courteous and very quickly packed my online order and sent me on my way.
I really wanted this to be amazing but I was disappointed. I had a 2 hour drive to here but none of the featured tanks on YouTube are still here, everything was double the cost of my local aquatic store and the guy on the counter just couldn't be bothered. I think they prefer the online business
Used to purchased a diffuser which was of poor quality and over priced. Had to go through PayPal to get money back even thoguh item was faulty. Paypal refunded me almost instantly.
Hardly any displays, was really disappointed. Staff just carried on doing stuff like we wasn't even there and the unit isn't very easy to find also messy inside. The shop definitely doesn't do the videos any justice at all.
