Room was cold, but the evening meal was great. Lovely pub. No cooked breakfast, but a plentiful DIY breakfast of cereals, toast etc. Would happily stay there again.

Eat in the pub. Staff are great and the food is great too. Nice place. 😀

The pub and the staff were super, the food was not. Roast beef - 2 portions were both nearly raw. Lamb - 1 potion was so fatty as to be inedible.
When we pointed this disappointment out we were treated well.
We were perturbed to be told that the chef had withdrawn the lamb because he had seen how fatty it was - but we had still been served a portion????
Perhaps they were having an off day...

Place was clean and tidy, staff friendly BUT of 4 roast dinners only 1 was good....2 roast beef meals had very undercooked meat (unedible) and the lamb was mostly fat and gristle.
