Quiet for Easter Sunday afternoon, but good food and sensibly priced beer made it a pleasant afternoon. Staff were friendly and everywhere was clean and well presented. A good example of a Wetherspoons. Will definitely return.

Pleasantly surprised... It wasn't my first choice but Corby was practically booked. So I went for JDW Saxon Crown. From the hotel room to the lovely receptionist/waiter/all around star who checked me in, All around good experience. Fresh and good quality food. Try the New York burger and tell me what you think. Breakfast was fair and freshly made contrary to the awful buffets you can get in some brand hotel. The drinks price points are always a plus at JDW. The atmosphere in the main room was buzzing on the Saturday night. Good quality local crowd. (Not your typical London JDW crowd we know. Sorry folks. Just kidding.) I'm not giving it a 5 star because it's not what they are about but would I ever come back? Certainly. Im not a coffee pro but their coffee machine experience was awesome.

Lovely spot to get out of the cold. Classic wetherspoons, not much else to say, cheap and cheerful
