Nice large area with everything under one roof, banks, clothes, resturants and supermarkets. Neatly maintained, feels comfortable with lots of benches to relax, but the only problem is that it closes too soon and most of them are closed on Sunday. No access to public toilets when the shops close. Everything remains locked. I understand it is for safety but it still is an issue.
Very Expensive! I'm a Disabled Pensioner and I took my 84 Yr old Aunt for Fish & Chips. I gave her a £20 note. She came back saying, "I didn't have enough money?" Shock Horror! It cost £22.50 for 2 small Fish & Chipses and a coffee. That's our last outing there! Shame
Great place to shop, variety of choices and brands available. Ambiance is quite good. Food Court has ample outlets to choose from. Parking facilities are good.
Not many big stores left. Car park not bad. The whole place seems run down. Nothing there to bring us back. Food court smells of grease, not pleasant.
Despite losing shops over a period of time, there has been a few newcomers here and there setting up. Its a good place for a clean environment to go browse and shop, you can also choose what you want to eat due to different foods outlets, there is a huge sitting area, also a mobile phone secure charge point where you can leave mobile locked away whilst having a charge. You could access free wifi should you want to. There is a large multistory car park available and lifts or stairs to go to and from shopping. The exit is a little tight as is the entrance so best bet is go slower. Bargain £2:00p all day if you want to. Outside one end for wheel chair and electric chairs, the other end has escalators and a lift. Its lovely there in all honesty, the area is tidy but sadly there are beggars around who ruin the experience,We avoid these untoward people, even the locals know the beggars are certainly not homeless. They beg and annoy around birkenhead centre and liscard falls foul for a few beggars.
Best place to shop in Birkenhead, compared to the rest of the area the pyramids has been kept nice. However, there isn't much there anymore, not since the closure of M&S. There is somewhere to eat and then range of shops that are still there are very nice and respectable. Roman originals is a beautiful shop, as is Next. There are also some nice mobile shops selling sweets and baby clothes.
Lot of empty units, but the building itself is pleasant enough.
Old fashioned and needs an update. It has just stayed the same for years now. Used to have good shops, but they have all left now.
A once brilliant shopping centre is pretty much a shell these days. The food hall is decent, and the few shops within the centre are ok. A complete contrast to the booming 90s, when it was a fantastic place to shop.
Absolutely fabulous shopping center with famous and not very famous but beautiful brands, nice street food wow chilli con carne and chickens , plenty cafés!
