One of the more delicious "Greasy Spoons" I've been to! Very tasty food, lovely people, and delightful building in a great location!
The cafe was very busy and we had to queue up for a bit but the tasty full English breakfast was worth to wait for. Would definitely return.

The classic greasy spoon! Always bustling and great place for a hangover full English breakfast. Very reasonably priced. Good place to stop by before taking a steamer trip from caversham bridge.
The food is amazing. Cooked to order and great value for money. Best place to eat as tried loads of places but here is by far the best. Very friendly staff too.
Brilliant service with covid 19 in practice oh yeah food was brill also sorry you had to try and educate the dum about wearing face mask at the till but perfectly executed
This place really is the best ever - the most lovely people work here, the food is exactly the same as it has been since the 1960s - it's predictability is it's pleasure. Top notch.
