This Reading landmark "caff" is under new management & well worth a visit. It's expanded on it's original menu a little, kept it's identity rather than surrender to gentrification & it's great food with brisk service. We're coming back
Old school in the best way. Doesn't have the appeance of a modern coffee shop, but the coffee itself is better than you'd probably expect
Now under new ownership although still remains in the same family. Adam has taken over where Andy left off. No change in the quality of the food, still as tasty as before and staff are brilliant.

This place is like stepping back to the early 80's..its is warm and welcoming... Lovely staff. I witnessed a staff member helping an elderly gentleman get his coat and scarf on.. She was patient and polite. Lovely place
