Lack of staff. ..lack of options at the bar from what it states in the menu (for food )...wrong orders from staff and ordered food not being served thus resulting in asking for monies back. No authority or leadership I feel runs this money making part of the WSPNS chain..

We have been visiting The Gold Balance for the past 6yrs, every Thursday night for the curry night, l think over this period we have missed about 6 weeks due to holidays. The food is good and Jed, the chef, is very good as is the staff, all very professional in what they do . We really do enjoy our evening out, apart from, the fact that you have taken off the sticky toffee pudding off the menu, we are devasted as we loved this sweet, please bring it back to the menu please confirm you are going to put it back onto the menu. Thank you in anticipation, Sandie x
